Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of one of our establishments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, possess exceptional leadership skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who will be the ultimate cheerleader for their team, leading them by example and inspiring them to be the best version of themselves possible.

Duties:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the establishment, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
- Ensure high standards of quality and cleanliness are maintained throughout the facility.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members to deliver exceptional service.
- Handle financial aspects such as budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Collaborate with other leadership team to ensure seamless operations.

Experience:

- Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or food industry.
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures and financial management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a diverse team.
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training staff members.
- Knowledge of culinary practices and coffee knowledge is a plus.
